When we began with Cool Auto Detail, the business was operating entirely on paper. There were no digital systems, no structured price lists, and no memberships — making growth and consistency nearly impossible. We partnered with the owner to create foundational business systems, develop service and pricing structures, and implement a CRM that could scale as the business grew.

  • Workshops & Pricing Development: Led collaborative sessions to design and publish the business’s first clear service lists and pricing structure.

  • CRM Research & Transition:

    • Began with Detail Bookie (already purchased but unused) to avoid sunk costs.

    • Used Square as an interim customer-friendly solution.

    • Researched and tested Urable and OrbisX with the client; after demos and trial periods, OrbisX was chosen as the long-term platform.
  • Membership Program Creation: Built a four-tier membership model (Express, Cool, Cooler, Coolest), unlocking predictable recurring revenue.

  • Staff Training & Adoption: Delivered repeated training sessions, simplified resources, and ongoing retraining to support adoption despite turnover.
